- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Three strikes and you’re out. First overcharged my health fund: realised their mistake but didn’t say anything to me until I queried it (they did refund me the difference when I asked for the money to be credited back to my health fund). Second charged me to refit a filling that fell out whilst I was flossing. Third refused an emergency consult when my 6 year old had his tooth knocked out. A 6 year old that had been to the surgery twice a year since he was 4. This is NOT a client focused practice. We will not be sharing our custom with this practice again.Alison MarshallApril 04, 2017
